Commitment to Safety
Our most valuable asset is our employees. Investment in their well being and safety is our top priority. Superintendents and foremen are 30 hour OSHA certified, while masons, laborers and operators are 10 hour OSHA certified. All laborers are certified in scaffold building and operators are certified in forklift operation.
All employees are additionally background checked and drug screened prior to hire. Drug screenings randomly continue throughout their labor term with Authentic Masonry and Stone.
Safety tool box meetings are held each morning and a monthly safety meeting is held with management, superintendents and foremen. Continuous safety education is a commitment to our employees on an ongoing basis.
