Masonry Foreman
Location: Based In Tomball (travel required)

Job Description:
Authentic Masonry and Stone is seeking an experienced Masonry Foreman to lead masonry crews on commercial projects throughout Texas. The Foreman will be responsible for supervising daily jobsite operations, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and meeting production schedules.
This is a working foreman position with travel required — must be able to lead by example and assist the crew when needed.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct masonry crews (brick, block, CMU, stone)
- Plan daily work activities and assign tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints, details, and specifications
- Ensure work meets quality standards (plumb, level, layout, bond)
- Coordinate with general contractors and other trades
- Enforce OSHA and company safety policies
- Track manpower, productivity, and job progress
- Request and manage materials, tools, and equipment
- Complete daily reports and assist with timekeeping
- Identify and resolve jobsite issues proactively
- Customer and Contractor Relations
- Use technology (tablets, tracking software) on the jobsite to complete daily reports and communicate progress
- Retain, attract and train masons, laborers and operators

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years masonry experience
- At least 2 years as a foreman or lead mason
- Strong knowledge of masonry materials and methods
- Ability to read plans and perform layout
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- OSHA knowledge (OSHA 10 or 30 preferred)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Comfortable with the use of technology
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
